We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Rang-Assistant sommelier to join our dynamic restaurant team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in fine dining, wine service, and customer relations, all while enjoying a unique work environment and stunning natural surroundings.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, wine, and excellent communication skills. Intermediate Spanish language skills are also essential for effective collaboration with our team and communicating with guests.

As a Chef de Rang-Assistant sommelier, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Assisting with food and beverage preparation, including wine service and pairing recommendations
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards

We offer a competitive salary of €25,000 per year, plus benefits including 40 hours of work per week, 2 consecutive days off, and accommodation provided on site.
