Senior Business Controller

Main Responsibilities- Financial Strategist: Be the finance SPOC and key person for your scope, helping the business to translate strategic decisions into financials and using financials to steer in the right direction.
- Financial Planning Expert: Prepare a variety of financial analyses and presentations independently, providing information to executive Management.
- Business Finance Manager: Understand the business model and market to challenge the business where needed.
- Financial Controller: Manage risks and opportunities together within your business, based on financials and business discussions.
- Owner of Budget and Forecast: Own the budget, forecast, and long-term planning of your scope.
- Financial Analyst: Story-build actuals and challenge financials, in comparison with budget, forecast & previous year as well as historical trends of your scope.
- Interact with Local Accounting and Billing/Invoicing Teams: Interact with local accounting and billing/invoicing teams.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide ad hoc analysis, e.g. business cases to support management with financial decisions.
- Process Improvement: Initiate and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
- Global Initiatives: Participate in local and global initiatives, which may require occasional travel.
- Master's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Corporate Finance or Similar
- 5 Years of Relevant Working Experience in Finance
- Pro-Active, Critical Mindset, and Hands-On Attitude
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
- Affinity with Both Business and Finance
- Strong Analytical and Numerical Skills
- Fluent in Spoken and Written English
- Knowledge of French Language a Plus
