About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager to join our team. As a Business Finance Manager, you will work closely with the finance and business management teams to support key management decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing financial analyses and presentations independently, providing information to executive Management
  • Understanding the business model and market to be able to challenge the business where needed
  • Managing risks and opportunities together within your business
  • Owner of the budget, forecast, and long-term planning of your scope
  • Story-building of actuals and challenge the financials, in comparison with budget, forecast & previous year as well as historical trends of your scope
  • Interacting with local accounting and billing/invoicing teams
  • Providing ad hoc analysis e.g. business cases to support management with financial decisions
  • Initiating and contributing to continuous improvement of processes
  • Participating in local and global initiatives, this may request occasional travel

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master degree in Economics, Accounting, Corporate Finance or similar
  • 5 years of relevant working experience within finance, controlling experience is a must
  • Pro-active, critical mindset and hands-on attitude
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, able to plan effectively and feel comfortable to take critical decisions
  • Affinity with both business and finance
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of the French language would be a plus
