About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at ThoughtWorks. As a Senior Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by providing expert analysis and guidance on business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and articulate a product vision for clients.
- Facilitate workshops to generate customized business solutions.
- Assess the current business situation and collaborate with clients to create artifacts that maximize value.
- Facilitate analysis workshops through agile methodologies with senior client stakeholders to outline a business vision, objective, product roadmap, and project release plan.
- Liaise between the client and your team to manage product backlogs and ensure successful software delivery.
- Collaborate with teammates on the analysis and design of complex business applications using the latest technologies.
- Participate in the Business Analysis community of practice to share knowledge, mentor, and evangelize Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development analysis best practices.
- Work in agile teams that facilitate organizational transformations for medium- and large-scale businesses.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering impactful software, ideally on a collaborative software delivery team.
- Attention to detail, practical approach to day-to-day work, and ability to draw a line directly from an overarching client strategy to team outcomes.
- Experience unearthing the root cause(s) of a client's pain points, validating a business opportunity or problem, and partnering to deliver a solution.
- Well-versed in Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies and experience mentoring others.
- Understanding of how businesses operate and experience modeling business processes using various tools and techniques to facilitate requirement elicitation sessions.
- Genuine passion for quality software and ability to get from sketch to code.

- Resilience and flexibility in ambiguous situations and ability to solve problems from technical and business perspectives.
