Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Team Lead to manage our Special Hazards team in EMEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional technical support, training, and field services to our customers and internal stakeholders.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Johnson Controls, Inc. as a Technical Services Team Lead, where you will have the chance to develop and lead a high-performing team, driving business growth through technical excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of results.
Main Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a multi-skilled team of technical professionals to achieve outstanding performance, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and business results.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop a future-state strategy for Technical Services in EMEA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Training and Development: Design, deliver, and coordinate training programs for both internal and external audiences, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Field Services and Support: Oversee the provision of valuable field services, including product training, technical support, and audit activities, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Design and Engineering: Develop and implement design and engineering tools and processes, driving efficiency and innovation in product development and deployment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience**: Proven track record in managing high-performing teams, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical services, training, or related fields.
- Skills**: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate across functions and geographies; strong analytical and project management skills.
- Education**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or computer science.
