About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing technical support and supervision to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, training, and commissioning new and used equipment, as well as providing on-site and phone support to resolve equipment problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of equipment sold internationally, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Train customers in the operation and maintenance of equipment, providing comprehensive support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to resolve equipment issues, working closely with customers and internal teams to find solutions.
  • Support the development of instructional and service manuals, ensuring that customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to identify opportunities for design improvements, working to enhance the performance and efficiency of our equipment.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support and solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in field service, sales support, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% internationally, with a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
