Join Our Team as a Financial Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team at the Adler Pelzer Group. As a leading global supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation for the automotive industry, we deliver to all the world's major automotive manufacturers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the general ledger, supporting month-end closing operations, and participating in the Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables Team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing general booking and communicating with controllers and plants
  • Determining and communicating month-end accruals for all topics
  • Supporting pensions, tax, and deferred tax booking and reconciliation
  • Managing and implementing account reconciliations, controls, and compliance
  • Managing inter- and intra-company reconciliation
  • Analyzing and justifying P&L and BS account balance
  • Validating month-end closing booking with controllers
  • Interfacing with internal/external auditors
  • Managing account revaluation (foreign currency)
  • Processing payments, bank statements, and bookings, bank reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Finished Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar
  • Practical experience in accounting and finance administration (min. 3 years)
  • Experience from a large multinational, ideally automotive or other manufacturing company
  • SAP knowledge
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Spanish or French
  • Experience within Shared Service environment advantageous
