Job Description
At Avanade, we're seeking a talented Dccp Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in defining and implementing conversational AI solutions that drive business outcomes.
About the Role
You'll lead the definition of solutions based on conversational and generative AI, defining engagement outcomes and business benefits, high-level scope, architecture, implementation approach, and effort estimates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AI architect role on contact center engagements, participating in all phases from envisioning and planning through execution and stabilization.
- Work with the wider DCCP team to provide point of views and thought leadership using knowledge of how AI impacts and enhances other products in the Microsoft stack.
- Develop relationships with CRM, Data, and AI teams in Avanade across our regional and European business.
- Provide industry and solution leadership at every stage and act as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the relationship.
- Envision and design innovative solutions and services for our enterprise clients.
