About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in implementing conversation AI tech in European contact centers. Your experience with Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Bot Framework/Power Virtual Agent, and Nuance Conversational AI will be invaluable in driving business outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition of solutions based on conversational and generative AI, ensuring engagement outcomes and business benefits.
- Manage AI architect roles on contact center engagements, participating in all phases from envisioning and planning through execution and stabilization.
- Collaborate with the wider DCCP team to provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on AI impacts and enhancements.
- Develop relationships with CRM, Data, and AI teams across regional and European business.
- Provide industry and solution leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the relationship.
