Dccp Solution Architect

This is an exciting opportunity to join Avanade, a global leader in digital, cloud, AI, and advisory services, as a Dccp Solution Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the definition of solutions based on conversational and generative AI, defining engagement outcomes and business benefits, high-level scope, architecture, implementation approach, and effort estimates.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the client from the presales stage through to successful delivery, taking ownership of the solution and its intended benefits from first contact until transition to our delivery team.
- Provide industry and solution leadership at every stage, acting as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the relationship.
- Envision and design innovative solutions and services for our enterprise clients, driving cutting-edge evolution in their Customer Contact Centres.
- Develop relationships with CRM, Data, and AI, and security teams in Avanade across our regional and European business.
- Collaborate with the wider Dccp team to provide point of views and thought leadership using knowledge of how AI impacts and enhances other products in the Microsoft stack.
