About the Role:
Strategic Client Relationship Manager - Business Coaching (m/f/d) - Enterprise
In the capacity of Strategic Client Relationship Manager for our innovative Business Coaching division, you will engage with prominent corporations and emerging leaders, primarily focusing on the Spanish market, to cultivate enduring and robust client partnerships. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of skilled customer success professionals, marketers, and seasoned sales specialists at our Madrid office, all committed to achieving outstanding business outcomes for our clients.
Your Responsibilities at Speexx
- Manage your client portfolio with a focus on results and autonomy.
- Assess client requirements and devise tailored solutions.
- Establish and nurture long-term, productive relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Guide clients in leveraging our business coaching offerings effectively.
- Support the implementation of our services to ensure sustained client satisfaction and recurring revenue streams.
- Collaborate closely with our global marketing teams on sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
What We Seek
- A minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in the SaaS/Software or digital sectors, preferably within business coaching.
- A proven history in Business Coaching: If you lack experience selling Business Coaching software, you should possess a solid foundation in Business Coaching as a certified coach with practical experience in a corporate setting.
- Experience in the Iberian market, specifically engaging with large enterprise clients in Spain.
- A strong capability to proactively identify, develop, and secure new sales opportunities (without cold calling).
- High self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- The ability to communicate effectively with managers and C-level executives, even within large multinational organizations.
- A strong interest in e-learning and business coaching topics.
- Fluency in Spanish (native or equivalent, minimum C1 level) and proficiency in English.
