Customer Marketing Role at Medtronic
At Medtronic, you'll embark on a lifelong journey of exploration and innovation, championing healthcare access and equity for all. As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist, you'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the value proposition for the target customer audience, from insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience.
- Establish deep expertise on the target customer segment, integrating it purposefully into the extended marketing team.
- Conduct market analyses to maintain an understanding of the target audience, developing insights, unmet needs, and new business opportunities that can improve marketing programs.
- Orchestrate and integrate all elements of a great customer experience, including content, events, campaigns, and more.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant functional area, such as product marketing, and equivalent years of experience.
- Ability to develop and expand relationships with key physicians and Medtronic personnel to achieve business objectives.
- Sales orientation or exposure to working with direct sales organizations.
- Strong project management skills, organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with short timelines.
- Fluent in English and local language, both speaking and writing, with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Will to travel within your region, with a minimum of 25% travel required.
