Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to support the daily functions of our office. This role involves collaborating with the Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations and maintaining an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Office Manager in maintaining an organized and productive office atmosphere.
  2. Handle incoming calls, providing assistance to clients and addressing inquiries until resolution.
  3. Maintain and update the database with accurate information regarding various stakeholders and generate necessary documentation.
  4. Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven administrative capabilities.
  2. Exceptional communication skills.
  3. Proficient in IT and office software.
  4. Highly organized and systematic in approach to work.

This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week.
