About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Golden Leaves International. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members, ensuring the office runs effectively and efficiently.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  3. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and supply management.
  5. Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. High level of organization and attention to detail.

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours of work per week. We are looking for a flexible and reliable individual who can commit to this schedule.
