**Job Summary**
Arxada Ag, a leading global specialty chemicals company, is seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Sourcing Manager to lead and drive our Sustainable Sourcing and Scope 3 Strategy within the Global Sourcing Organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Sustainable Sourcing Strategy that aligns with Arxada Ag's sustainability goals and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Sustainability Team and Business Units, to identify and prioritize sustainability opportunities and develop effective strategies to address them.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, industry associations, and sustainability experts, to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in sustainable sourcing.
- Develop and implement metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of sustainable sourcing initiatives and track progress towards sustainability targets.
- Lead the global Scope 3 accounting and strategy in alignment with the GHG protocol and SBTi requirement.
**Requirements:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sustainable sourcing, procurement, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
