About the Role
This role involves leading the Creative Solutions team for Brand Partnerships Spain, overseeing project management, branded content, and process optimization. Your goal will be to create a high-performance team that delivers exceptional results.
Your Responsibilities
Drive different department teams for development and delivery of large brand partnership projects in Spain and Portugal. Communicate priorities, deadlines, developments, and decisions to the team. Lead client communication throughout the project lifetime, delivering outstanding services and upselling opportunities. Conduct regular reporting and analysis of campaign work, translating data into insightful stories. Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships Sales team and Creative Strategist to interpret client briefs and develop proposals.
About You
We are looking for someone with 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally in media ownership, agencies, or creative/digital agencies. You should have extensive client-facing experience, as well as people management and event planning skills. Excellent strategic and analytical skills, numeracy, literacy, and communication skills are also essential.
