Job Summary
Isp Iberia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to support our regional schools in managing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with regional procurement policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support schools on procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regional procurement policy.
- Utilize eSourcing tools to set up new events with suppliers and manage current contracts.
- Identify and engage new suppliers to enrich tenders and ensure best value for money.
- Coordinate supplier visits with schools as required.
- Create comparatives and ensure quotes are homogeneous in quantity and quality.
- Negotiate final agreements with suppliers.
- Support the Head of Procurement on regional central procurement initiatives.
- Update monthly reports with schools' local initiatives and central savings.
- Proactively seek new saving opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge of procurement processes.
- Negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
