Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Isp Iberia. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our schools on procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regional procurement policy.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support schools on procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regional procurement policy.
- Manage our eSourcing tool to set up new events with suppliers, ensuring best value for money.
- Coordinate suppliers visits with schools when required, ensuring seamless communication.
- Create comparatives and ensure quotes are homogeneous in quantity and quality.
- Negotiate final agreements with suppliers, driving cost savings and efficiency.
- Support the Head of Procurement on yearly regional central procurement initiatives, driving business growth and profitability.
- 2 years of minimum experience in similar positions, with a strong background in procurement.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with a high attention to detail and self-managing skills.
- Proactivity, problem-solving focus, and a commitment to driving business growth and profitability.
