Procurement Specialist Role Profile

At Isp Iberia, we are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Procurement Specialist to support our regional schools' teams in managing procurement processes. This role will be based in a flexible location, with regular visits to our Madrid Regional Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support schools on procurement processes in compliance with regional procurement policy.
  • Utilize our eSourcing tool to set up new events with suppliers and manage current contracts.
  • Identify and engage new suppliers to enrich tenders and ensure best value for money.
  • Coordinate supplier visits with schools as needed.
  • Negotiate final agreements with suppliers.
  • Support the Head of Procurement on yearly regional central procurement initiatives.
  • Update monthly reports with schools' local initiatives and central savings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to positively communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to use software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-managing skills to prioritize and timely deliver goals set.
