Job Title: Group and Wedding Coordinator

Estimated Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Group and Wedding Coordinator to join our team at Abama Resort in Tenerife. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to group leads, quoting, and confirming events.

You will work closely with our Revenue Director and Sales Manager MICE to ensure seamless execution of group bookings. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be essential in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to group leads, quote, and confirm events
  • Work closely with the Revenue Director and Sales Manager MICE to ensure smooth event execution
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and attention to detail

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a groups/wedding coordinator in 4/5* hotels
  • Advanced Spanish and English level (C1), other languages valued
  • Positive attitude, proactivity, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Familiarity with computer systems
