The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience managing or building e-commerce stores, with a strong understanding of launching and scaling e-commerce businesses. You will be responsible for developing and executing our e-commerce strategy, overseeing all aspects of the online store's operations, and scaling the business to new heights.
You will work closely with our internal teams, including management, R&D, sales representatives, account managers, and designers, to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. Your expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce will be instrumental in driving our new e-commerce store's growth and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute our e-commerce strategy to drive growth and profitability
- Oversee all aspects of the online store's operations, including product selection, inventory management, and customer service
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our customers
- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize the store's performance
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices
- Perform market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience managing or building e-commerce stores
- Strong understanding of launching and scaling e-commerce businesses
- Proficiency in data analysis to drive strategic decision-making
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
