Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market, customer, and competitive research to inform product development, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Working closely with the Product team to monitor upcoming feature launches and devise the right go-to-market plan
- Crafting various product collaterals and sales tools, such as one-pagers, product tours, use cases, integration guides, demo flows, battlecards, and delivering training to ensure customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our products
- Providing expertise to other customer-facing teams in customer communication and demand generation campaigns
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's education in business, marketing, technology, or related fields, and experience in product marketing, market research, or a related field.
