Business Development and Product Policy Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development and product policy projects, ensuring effective integration of lessons learned, and managing partners and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business development and product policy projects to achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
- Define and implement project teams and organizations, including matrix organizations.
- Ensure effective integration of lessons learned and best practices.
- Manage risks, opportunities, and contracts, both internal and external.
- Manage partners and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
- Education to degree level in engineering or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
- Rigorous, autonomous, and customer-oriented mindset, with ability to prioritize workload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, team-working, flexibility, and proactive behavior.
