Cyrillus is seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the complete design process for aeronautical Jigs and Tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Study client specifications and assess associated technical requirements. Perform preliminary design to build an offer for the client.
- Project Execution: Carry out concept and design in adherence with requirements, including functions, tolerances, etc. Pre-size structures with material strength calculations.
- Technical Expertise: Interact with the team and provide technical support when needed. Control the proper implementation of technical requirements.
- Leadership: Lead the technical competencies in the team and help improve skills. Interact with lead designers in the REEL Group.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering and design.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
