About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our Desktop as a Service (DaaS) Competence Center in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our virtualized desktop environments and providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage virtualized desktop environments for our customers
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and end-users
  • Collaborate with project groups to design and implement management environments
  • Participate in automation projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a proactive and reactive manner
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge base
  • Contribute to the development of new skills and knowledge within the team

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Engineer in medium to large ICT environments
  • Experience with virtualized desktop environments, including Citrix Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Azure Virtual Desktop, and Omnissa/Vmware Horizon
  • Higher professional education working and thinking level
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
