Job Title: Senior System Engineer

Blue Code Alicante is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our DaaS Competence Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our virtualized desktop environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and end-users
  • Advise on working methods and procedures
  • Active participation in project groups for setting up and expanding the management environment
  • Reactive support and proactive management of problems and bottlenecks
  • Implement changes and manage customer expectations
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
  • Minimum +4 years experience as System Engineer in medium to large ICT environments
  • Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Omnissa / VMware Horizon
  • Higher professional education working and thinking level
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
