Key Responsibilities- Lead and drive the implementation process to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.
- Transform customer data using SQL to create a data model for process analysis.
- Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enriching them with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining to make customer processes transparent and automated.
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes, suggesting approaches to overcome them.
- Quantify business and financial potential and present relevant KPIs to management.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies.
- Set the foundation for the path to value to ensure long-term customer success.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area.
- Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner.
- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
