About the Role

As a Senior Finance Analyst within the Mutualized Analyses & Support team at Orange Business, you will play a crucial role in performing centralized P&L analyzes for the Finance community and disseminating the outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing centralized analyses (e.g., on One Truth Costing) and sharing the results with the Finance community across the Finance organization.
  • Conducting centralized monthly and ad hoc analyses.
  • Early identification of issues through proactive analyses.
  • Performing impact assessments and checks within change management processes (corrections, evolutions).
  • Monitoring data quality.
  • Animating quarterly One Truth Costing profitability review with the CFO and Heads of Finance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and serving as the first point of contact for Finance users.
  • Day-to-day communication with users (e.g., questions/answers, releases/data availability, update plazza).
  • Organizing and co-animating monthly calls with stakeholders to explain the impact of changes, non-allocated costs, actions to be taken, and improvements to be implemented.
  • Managing out-of-cycles (proposal, assessment, testing, validation with business...).
  • Training and supporting users, e.g., how to use tools & reports.
  • Collaborating with the communities of business experts and solution experts.
  • Supporting business experts with evolution processes: conception preparation, impact assessments, test of implementation...
  • Alignment on Run activities.
  • Change management process collaboration.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Analyst with a strong background in finance and a proven track record of success in financial analysis and planning. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years' experience within finance.
  • A good overall understanding of finance (controlling, accounting, consolidation) and its financial systems.
  • Knowledge of IBM Planning analytics, PowerPivots, Oracle applications, PowerBI is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills (communicate/listen) to collect, understand stakeholders' needs and prioritize requests, and communicate effectively.
  • Good team player, with ability to act as individual practitioner.
  • Strong capabilities to structure, organize, and be rigorous.
