Key Responsibilities:
1. Centralized Analysis
Perform centralized monthly and ad hoc analyses, including One Truth Costing, and share the outcome with the Finance community across the Finance organization.
2. Issue Identification
Early identification of issues through proactive analyses and perform impact assessments and checks within change management processes.
3. Data Quality Monitoring
Monitor data quality and ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with stakeholders and be the first point of contact for Finance users, providing day-to-day communication and support.
5. Training and Support
Train and support users on how to use tools and reports, and collaborate with business experts and solution experts to ensure alignment on Run activities and change management processes.
Requirements:
1. Education
Master's degree in accounting or Finance or equivalent is expected.
2. Experience
At least 10 years' experience within Finance, with a good overall understanding of Finance (controlling, accounting, consolidation) and its financial systems.
3. Skills
Knowledge of IBM Planning analytics, PowerPivots, Oracle applications, PowerBI is a plus.
4. Soft Skills
Reliable, strong collaboration skills, good team player, and strong capabilities to structure and organize.
