Your Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients across Europe. Your primary objective will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and sales efforts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Account Management
- Manage client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement account plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in French is required (Dutch language capabilities are a plus).
