Biscay Eco Aggregates is a pioneering company in the energy transition sector, specializing in Circular Economy solutions. As a key player in the industry, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our operational and economic management.

The selected candidate will have the mission of overseeing the company's strategic objectives, ensuring committed results and strategy established by the executive board. This will involve performing both management and shopfloor operations activities, as described in the following key responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Define, fulfill, follow, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Project Management: Coordinate construction and start-up processes, as well as the operational phase of the plant, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate, manage, and support team members, facilitating the completion of their responsibilities and promoting a culture of collaboration.
  • Production Support: Provide practical support to the production team, ensuring the productivity, availability, and performance of the plant.
  • Market Development: Collaborate with shareholders to develop the company's market presence, maintaining open communication and coordination.
  • Training and Development: Analyze training requirements and knowledge management to maximize the adequacy of employee profiles to their roles.
  • Safety and Compliance: Establish and enforce a culture of safety and procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards in quality, environment, health, and safety, as well as the company's ethics code.
  • Plant Maintenance: Ensure the optimal status of the plant in terms of order and cleanliness.
