Job Description

Viscofan Group, a leading global organization in the production and distribution of casings, is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Project Manager to drive strategic objectives and operational excellence across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Establish and lead the management of Continuous Improvement projects, serving as the primary contact for these projects throughout the Group.
  2. Process Development: Develop and implement project management processes, standards, and tools in accordance with Lean Management principles.
  3. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Group's Strategy Director to define strategic objectives and KPIs for project delivery and operational excellence.
  4. Project Tracking: Implement a system for tracking global Continuous Improvement projects, maintaining progress metrics against objectives, and identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Team Guidance: Guide local and corporate teams, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools and techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
  7. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, eliminate non-value-added activities, and optimize resource management.
  8. Culture Development: Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams involved in Continuous Improvement projects.
  9. Change Management: Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and driving the adoption of Lean practices.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational or industrial environments.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
  4. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  5. Travel: Availability to travel as needed.
  6. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  7. Mindset: Goal-oriented mindset, global vision, and previous experience in managing Continuous Improvement projects.
  8. Certifications: PMP certification or similar is highly valued, Lean certification (Black Belt) is highly desirable.
  9. Tools and Software: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Power BI, Minitab, Tableau) to analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
