MS Dynamics 365 Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics 365 Technical Expert to join our team at Nippon Gases. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions across our European operations.
Key Responsibilities- Validate technical architecture and ensure seamless integration with existing ERP systems, including Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, and AS/400.
- Manage Dynamics environments and define governance models to ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with technical teams to drive platform decisions and ongoing projects.
- Maintain the integrity of information stored in Dynamics systems.
- Manage support for current Field Service solutions in Spain, troubleshoot application incidents, and escalate technical issues to external technical providers.
- Monitor and control assigned activities in small projects, direct collaboration with business users, and propose solutions to business needs.
- Drive consistent usage of Dynamics systems and adherence to processes.
- Certifications on Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
- Preferably, bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related studies.
- Preferably, project management studies or certifications (PMI, Agile).
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365, functional and technical experience implementing Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing and Customer Service and Field Service.
- Leading functional analysis, configuring Dynamics 365 platform and modules, coordinating or developing customizations, and coordinating or developing integrations with other systems.
- Understanding of data models in Dataverse.
- Experience training business users in Dynamics 365 functionalities, experience working with business users in the definition of business processes and requirements.
