Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team at one of our clients in the security sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development for embedded electronics systems and excellent programming skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop software for embedded electronics systems, including core security devices integrated in alarm systems.
  2. Write well-structured, testable, and efficient code using C and C++ programming languages.
  3. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
  4. Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites to ensure software quality.
  5. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in technical positions covering embedded software development.
  2. Expertise in C and C++ programming languages for embedded devices.
  3. Experience with development tools: Git, Jenkins, Jira.
  4. Strong background in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
  5. Ability to document requirements and specifications.
  6. Good understanding of electronics hardware and schematics.
  7. Experience with lab instruments (logic analyzers, etc.).
  8. BS in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering.
  9. Native Spanish and English B2 proficiency.
