- Design and develop software for embedded electronics systems, including core security devices integrated in alarm systems.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software solution.
- Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites to ensure high-quality software.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software designs meet functional and non-functional requirements, as well as quality and time constraints.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in technical positions covering embedded software development.
- Expertise in C and C++ programming languages for embedded devices.
- Experience with development tools: Git, Jenkins, Jira.
- Background in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to document requirements and specifications.
- Good understanding of electronics hardware and schematics.
- Experience with lab instruments, such as logic analyzers.
- BS in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Native Spanish and English language proficiency (B2 level).
- Hybrid work modality: 2 days a week in person in Madrid or 100% remote.
