We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Hub as a Time and Attendance System Architect.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct in-depth analysis of technical issues related to the Kronos applications and provide timely resolutions.


• Hands-on experience with integrations


• Excellent ability to learn and deliver in a very short period and can work on multiple projects.


• Ensure that the team's backlog aligns with the roadmap.


• Collaborate with various teams.


• Utilize product and domain knowledge to guide enhancements, maintenance, and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) applications and strong understanding of the technical architecture.

• Masters of Science (MS) or Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or IT

• Selecting appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to support the desired functionalities and scalability of the system.

• Presenting technical proposals and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

• Minimum 3 implementations on HCM applications for enterprise customers.
