Job Title: Time & Absence Capability Architect

Schneider Electric is seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Hub as a Time & Absence Capability Architect. As a key member of our HR Systems and Employee Experience division, you will be responsible for the ongoing implementation and stability of our Time & Attendance program, ensuring future-proof solutions for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of technical issues related to Kronos applications and provide timely resolutions.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations.
  • Excellent ability to learn and deliver in a short period and work on multiple projects.
  • Ensure the team's backlog aligns with the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with various teams.
  • Prioritize user stories to drive the program.
  • Utilize product and domain knowledge to guide enhancements, maintenance, and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide valuable insights to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure the technical integrity of the solution being developed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) applications and strong understanding of the technical architecture.
  • Masters of Science (MS) or Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or IT.
  • Creating comprehensive system blueprints and diagrams to visualize the architecture.
  • Selecting appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to support the desired functionalities and scalability of the system.
  • Presenting technical proposals and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Minimum 3 implementations on HCM applications for enterprise customers.
  • Experience in working in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Must have experience in developing API and file-based integrations.
  • Excellent oral and communication skills.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio.
  • Fluency in English.
