Key Responsibilities
  • Implement customer document creation and administration policies in the Doxis solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical support to customers, addressing their document management requirements and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Undergo comprehensive training on the Doxis solution, provided by our partner Rightdecisions, to gain in-depth knowledge of the technology.
  • Collaborate with our team to integrate Doxis with other existing solutions, ensuring a cohesive and efficient document management ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Hold a university degree in a technical field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Possess a high level of English proficiency, enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues.
Desirable Qualifications
  • More than 2 years of experience in Document Management, with a strong understanding of ECM solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming and customization of ECM solutions, with a focus on Doxis.
  • Excellent learning, teamwork, and proactive skills, with a strong ability to design, build, and maintain efficient code.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ECM solutions, with a focus on Doxis and its integration with other systems.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is €32,000-€38,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and profile.
