Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven growth and marketing analytics, with experience working in high-growth startup environments.

This role is a key part of our marketing strategy, responsible for harnessing the power of data to drive business growth. You will work closely with our growth hackers and other stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support rapid iterations on growth initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing data-driven experiments across multiple marketing and growth channels.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and growth teams to provide actionable insights and support rapid iterations on growth initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining a strong analytics foundation, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for key stakeholders.
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that drive marketing strategy.
  • Implementing and managing machine learning models to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving key insights from data to fuel business growth and scale. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations, and strong collaboration skills.
