Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for someone who has intricate knowledge of industry trends and the IT landscape to support our internal prospection teams build a pipeline based on valuable data that you will scrape.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and compile relevant leads data to support our sales and marketing efforts.
  2. Collect contact data from websites, social media, and other publicly available online sources.
  3. Help prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal sales teams.
  4. Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
  5. Provide weekly reporting/analysis of work in a presentable format.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience in prospection, business development and/or B2B sales.
  2. C2 level of German.
  3. Advanced level of English.
  4. Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
Skills and Attributes:
  1. Proficient in lead scraping and data mining techniques.
  2. Ability to work autonomously and report back on progress daily.
  3. Able to think strategically and follow market trends.
  4. Strong accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal skills.
  5. Highly organized and able to work under pressure in a busy and collaborative environment.
  6. High standards in terms of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  7. Strong time management & prioritization skills. Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
  8. Attention to detail to ensure accurate and relevant leads are gathered.
