About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Process Analyst - IBS Innovation to join our team. This is a hybrid work position based in Barcelona, Spain.

The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between IT, MSE (Marketing, Sales & eBusiness), Group Marketing, and Integrated Marketing Services, providing deep understanding of business strategies, opportunities, threats, and needs.

This role translates business requirements into proper implementation and leverage of IT products, specifies, tests, and deploys solutions when necessary.

You will be responsible for analysing and implementing solutions related to marketing operations, including CRM, Social Media, Content, Website, etc.

In this role, you will also improve our business processes and workflows, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on innovation for Marketing processes, providing guidance and recommendations on the implementation of IT systems and tools to optimize processes and deliver value to the business.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for Marketing process improvement.
  • Analyse and document processes and new ways of working.
  • Develop functional requirements and specifications for Marketing operations systems and tools in collaboration with the relevant IT product group.
  • Work with IT teams to implement and integrate solutions with other systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with innovation teams or other operational teams related to Marketing Operations.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the relevant IT product managers to ensure solutions are implemented to meet business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for new tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders, including external partners who will be contributing to the marketing operations requirements.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package that includes health insurance, restaurant card, mobility plan, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) with a career focus in Analytics.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis in a relevant functional area: Marketing, Brand Management, eCommerce & Digital Marketing with a focus on Marketing Process and Project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse complex business processes and interdependencies.
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows and processes, content platforms (DAM, Drupal, CRM platforms, Social Media Platforms) and new technologies applied to Marketing operations (AI technologies), automation (RPA).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) - Discovery methodologies, Design thinking and Design validation approach.
  • Experience with Business Process Modelling (BPMN) and Workflow Modelling (UML) tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Mural, Visio.
  • UX/UI experience.
  • Experience in application development that demonstrates thorough knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
  • Experience communicating with all levels, management, engineering, and end users.
  • Experience having worked in a global environment, collaboratively with cross-functional & virtual teams.
