**Job Summary:**
Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of product development, from design for testability to production release.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement and dynamic signal analysis.
- Develop automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test hardware and software design meets product requirements.
- Perform hands-on debug, correlation, characterization, and production release activities.
- Train and mentor junior Test Engineers to ensure knowledge transfer and team growth.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of power IC test development experience.
- 5-10 years of experience preferred.
- BSEE or similar degree required, MSEE a plus.
- Strong proficiency with switching regulator topologies, including LED Drivers, Battery Chargers, and Digital Controllers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English or Mandarin.
- Ability to travel internationally for training and technical discussions as required.
