Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to meet business objectives and customer needs in the Neurology & Immunology area.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Build and develop strategic/operational forecasting from a robust patient model, ensuring operative definition and control of the brand's budgets.
- Brand Strategy and Planning: Create and deliver strategic and operational plans to optimize return for Sandoz, taking into account the life-cycle of the brand.
- Market Intelligence and Analysis: Translate market intelligence into brand/disease strategies and programs, demonstrating entrepreneurial thinking to grow the assigned products portfolio.
- Matrix Relationships and Communication: Create and manage excellent matrix relationships internally and with external clients/agencies, including medical experts, Key Opinion Leaders, sales professionals, and marketing experts.
- Education and Experience: Educated to Degree Level (or equivalent) in Business or Marketing, with 2-5 years' experience in the industry with marketing responsibilities.
- Neurology Market Experience: Experience launching and/or managing hospital products in the neurology market will be valued.
- Networking and Communication Skills: Strong networking skills on the related target audience, including neurologists, hospital pharmacists, Scientific Associations, and payors.
- Project Management and Presentation Skills: Good project management capabilities and excellent presentation skills, with experience in PowerPoint.
