Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial and Accounting Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing professional accounting and administrative work involved in the daily organization and implementation of accounting rules and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize journal entries and perform analysis on account records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile statements for month-end and provide support with accounting monthly and annual closing duties related to the Group companies.
- Collaborate with tax professionals to prepare monthly tax settlements and declarations.
- Work closely with associates and subsidiaries within the Group to ensure seamless coordination and support.
- Follow up on bookkeeping for determined countries and create periodic reports to present to managers.
- Document workflow, procedures, checklists, and policies for assigned tasks.
- Interpret accounting results and deploy accounting solutions and procedures to drive business growth.
