About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial and Accounting Professional to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing professional accounting and administrative work involved in the daily organization and implementation of accounting rules and procedures.
This role will involve a variety of financial tasks crucial to the success of our business, including organizing journal entries, performing analysis on account records, and reconciling statements. You will also provide support with accounting monthly and annual closing duties related to the Group companies, as well as support our tax professionals in preparing monthly tax settlements and declarations.
Responsibilities- Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Support the accounting team with monthly and annual closing duties, including account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with tax professionals to prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
- Document and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial policies and procedures.
- University degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
- Fluent English spoken and written is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills are mandatory.
- International accounting knowledge and tax/fiscal knowledge are highly desirable.
- Availability to travel is required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality work product.
