About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our dynamic and international finance team at Metro Markets GmbH. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general accounting activities, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP accounting system and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
