About the Role

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working model in Barcelona. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in growing our customer base across EMEA.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve quarterly sales qualified opportunity quotas and maintain a daily and weekly target level of activity.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Educate customers on Teleperformance's offerings.
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contacting C-level decision-makers to build rapport and assess needs.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available cloud solutions, and build value for next steps in the sales process.
  • Maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com, managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
  • Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is €27,325, including up to €3,408 in bonus. Additional benefits include:
