About the Role
This role involves leading the development of sponsor and institution/investigator contracts, obtaining agreement on fall back language, and processing improvements. You will work with legal counsel to analyze, review, and draft contracts with investigators or other consultants/vendors. Additionally, you will advise Worldwide Project Managers and Clinical Operation employees on contractual issues for investigator, sponsor, and vendor contracts. You will review study budgets and costs pertaining to contract negotiation and participate in business development activities (bids and proposals).

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of sponsor and institution/investigator contracts
- Analyze, review, and draft contracts with investigators or other consultants/vendors
- Advise Worldwide Project Managers and Clinical Operation employees on contractual issues
- Review study budgets and costs pertaining to contract negotiation
- Participate in business development activities (bids and proposals)

Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience as a Contract Specialist
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Science, or a related field
