About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing legal and global HSE policies and procedures. You will ensure the company complies with country legislation and has the necessary resources in place. Your main focus areas include HSE, where you will develop and monitor objectives and targets to comply with legal requirements and ensure continuous improvements in HSE systems and reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measurements.
  • Prepare the emergency plan, ensuring it is up to date and all teams are trained and operational.
  • Coordinate emergency drills as required.
  • Resolve HSE-related problems as they occur.
  • Coordinate actions with external HSE services.
  • Prepare necessary HSE documentation and ensure safety records are kept and ready for audits.
  • Schedule and lead internal and external audits, in compliance with Spanish law and Coty's HSE 6 Key Element Management Program.
  • Provide general training and information at all levels.
  • Ensure appropriate health initiatives and health surveillance are in place for all employees, including periodical check-ups.
  • Accident investigation.
  • Ensure contractors comply with relevant Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Manage purchase and delivery of PPEs as required.
  • Attend management meetings to provide feedback on HSE performance and related issues.
  • Member of the HSE committee.
  • Ensure the site complies with Coty-specific HSE standards and systems, such as accident, incident, and Near Miss monthly reporting (communication, escalation, investigation, and actions to prevent recurrence), as well as Behaviour Observation System and reporting.
  • FACILITIES: Coordinate and plan proper execution of office facilities general maintenance.
  • Ensure proper performance of contracted services, managing both those directly provided and subcontracted by the company.
  • Monitor compliance with technical specifications defined in maintenance contracts.
  • Budget and billing control.
  • Plan and coordinate material resources necessary for proper functioning of office maintenance and services.
  • Manage resolution of office incidents.
  • Maintenance/follow-up of workstation/space reservation system.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have superior certification (Master degree or superior technical degree) in HSE (PRL) with at least two specialties in ergonomic, security, and psychology and installation. Additionally, you should have 3-5 years' experience as an HSE Technician or manager, preferably combined with Facilities responsibilities.
