Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team at Hach. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water quality solutions across the North of Portugal and South of Galicia area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and perform scheduled maintenances, repairs, and commissioning of our equipment
  • Generate leads to grow the business and provide exceptional customer service
  • Travel to customer sites, manage material needs, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Report and close work orders, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
Requirements:
  • Availability to stay overnight at different locations up to 7 nights per month
  • Strong electronics knowledge and excellent communication skills
  • Good level of Spanish, Portuguese, and English language proficiency
